How do I create an account?
+You can create an account by downloading the DeckPop app and following the registration process. You can sign up with your email address or connect through social media accounts like Google or Facebook.
Is DeckPop free to play?
+Yes! DeckPop is completely free to download and play. All three games (UNO, Rummy, and Memory Match) are available at no cost. Optional in-app purchases are available for cosmetic items and premium features.
Can I play offline?
+Memory Match can be played offline in single-player mode. However, UNO and Rummy require an internet connection for multiplayer functionality and to sync your progress and achievements.
How do I invite friends to play?
+You can invite friends by creating a private room and sharing the room code with them. Go to any game, select "Private Room," create a room, and share the generated code with your friends.
What devices are supported?
+DeckPop is available on iOS devices (iPhone and iPad) running iOS 12.0 or later, and Android devices running Android 6.0 (API level 23) or higher. The game is optimized for both phones and tablets.
How do I report inappropriate behavior?
+You can report players for inappropriate behavior by tapping on their profile during or after a game and selecting "Report Player." Provide details about the incident, and our moderation team will investigate.
How do achievements and rewards work?
+Achievements are unlocked by completing specific tasks or reaching milestones in games. Rewards include badges, coins, and special items. Check the Community section to see all available achievements and your progress.
Can I change my username?
+Yes, you can change your username once every 30 days. Go to Settings > Profile > Edit Username. Note that your previous username may still appear in some game history records.
